Good rest and sound sleep is very important... if u don't sleep well,

The toxins in your body will accumulate... Affecting your health and your mood...

The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause..
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best

Cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried

Veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits is very important for our body to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals.

Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

The Importance of Good Night Sleep

How was your sleep last night? I have heard that sleep number bed gives more comfort than the usual bed we use at home thus, producing a good night sleep. Good night sleep is as important as good nutrition and exercise to attain wellness. Sleep helps our body establish regular bio-rhythms that could lessen cancer risk and normalizes hormone metabolism.
Did you know that by the time we are on our deep sleep all the things we learned during the day that was stored on our short term memory bank (hippocampus) is transferred to its permanent storage site (neocortex)? Thus, making sleep so important to our learning process. Lack of sleep will not just result to poor memory retention but poor accuracy and precision in work and some health problems as well. So, why settle for less effective bed if we have a choice to avail a bed that could give us a maximum comfort?

Thursday

Reasons for sleeping and waking up early.

What is co-sleeping?
Co-sleeping is the simple act of sharing your sleep environment with your child. As radical as it might seem, if you ask a group of parents, we think you’ll find that most share sleep with their children at least on occasion. Many parents co-sleep on a part- time basis, for example, during times of stress (i.e. a move, or travel), when a child is ill, has a nightmare, or just during the wee hours of the morning to allow for a little more sleep. Other families co-sleep full time. In our own lives, we feel this practice makes life a little more consistent. Statistics show that over 70% of families share a bed with their young children in one way or another, and that three times more nursing moms co-sleep than non-nursing moms.
Evening at 9 - 11pm: is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals(detoxification)from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spentby relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is stillin an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring childrendoing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.
Evening at 11pm - 1am: is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in adeep sleep state.Early morning 1 - 3am:detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleepstate.
Early morning 3 - 5am: detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severecough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxificationprocess had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take coughmedicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.
Morning 5 - 7am: detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.
Morning 7 - 9am: absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be havingbreakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, forthose who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to thosewanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should changetheir habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 - 10amrather than no meal at all.
Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4:00 am is thetime when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep anddon't sleep late!!!
